Getting Started

 

1. Your students sign up at teachbanzai.com

You can find your Class Code in the Teacher's Assistant.

 

2. They setup their accounts

When your students logon for the first time, they will be prompted to enter the names and balances of their accounts. This includes bank and credit card accounts, as well as the cash they're carrying.

If your students don't know the exact balance, have them estimate. They can change their work later.

 

3. They create a budget

Students create budget categories (called Jars) and allocate their money between them. Any money left over will be put in the Reserves jar for emergencies. Your students can change these numbers at any time.
